What services do you offer?
*Concierge provisioning: Groceries, beverages, household/baby/pet essentials, fishing/tackle/bait & local specialty items (see our Local Favorites section).
*Special Occasion: Setting up Anniversary, Birthday, Honeymoon & Holiday celebrations with balloons, flowers, decorations, party platters, cakes, cupcakes, champagne, cards/gifts and welcome baskets to name a few!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the “Greater” Middle Keys, roughly from Summerland Key through Islamorada. For any special requests outside this area, please contact us directly at 305-481-7510.
Can you deliver same day?
We require at least 48 hours notice for grocery deliveries and 72 hours notice for Special Occasion set-up. When possible, last minute deliveries will be subject to a $29 Rush Delivery up-charge.
What local favorites or specialty items can you source?
Fresh seafood, local craft beers and spirits, specialty baked goods from local shops, and holiday essentials. Options are listed, but not limited, to items on our Local Favorites and Specialty/Seasonal pages.
Can I have alcohol delivered with my order?
Yes, as long as you are over the legal drinking age. A photo of a valid ID must be uploaded to your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo or Paypal.
Can I update my order?
Yes, you can easily update your order in “My Account”. If making last-minute additions to your order (within 48 hours of delivery), please call or text to make sure the items can be added.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or 72 hours before special occasion set-up & decorating. If you must cancel after these deadlines, the card on file will be charged for any items already shopped, applicable taxes and the 25% service fee.
Can I return items after I have arrived?
All items once delivered are final sale and cannot be returned.
