


HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
Our Pre-Arrival Grocery Service is the easiest way to start your vacation; more relaxing and less running around. Designed for larger orders and multiple shopping stops if needed, we take care of the errands so you can enjoy every moment of your trip.
The earlier you start, the smoother it goes! Follow the simple steps below for a seamless arrival in paradise.
Step 1: Place Your Order
Visit the Shop tab to select items, or upload your grocery list through our contact form. If your order includes age-restricted items, please upload a photo of a valid ID. For decorating or event preparation, add details under Special Requests or give us a call. A $150 deposit (minimum order requirement) is charged upfront and applied to your final grocery total.
Step 2: Schedule Your Delivery
Use the scheduling tool in your cart to select your delivery date and time. You may share access with others in your group and add items up to 48 hours before delivery.
Within 48 hours, please contact us before adding items so we can confirm availability.
Step 3: Provide Delivery Details
In the Comments section, include the delivery address, rental agency name, and any access instructions or contact information available.
Step 4:
Final Charges
A 25% service fee and $59 delivery fee will be added to your order total. Your card will be charged the full amount on the day of delivery.
Step 5:
Delivery Day
We shop, coordinate access, and deliver everything at your scheduled time—working directly with you or your rental agency to ensure your home is fully stocked before you arrive.
